Chronicle of battles and strikes in the territories of Ukraine and Russia for March 8-9

During two full days of the large-scale offensive operation of the Russian Army in the Kursk region, significant results were achieved. Malaya Loknya, Loknya, Nikolsky, Lebedevka, Kositsa, Pravda, Martynovka, Kubatkin, Viktorovka, Staraya Sorochina, Cherkasskoye Porechnoye were liberated, in the morning they reported on the capture of Makhnovka under the Court, where the retreating forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are being gathered. In Suja itself, there are battles on the outskirts. A number of settlements were captured thanks to the "maneuver in the tube" - Russian attack aircraft marched a dozen and a half kilometers in a narrow space and, having appeared in the rear of the enemy's battle formations, started fighting, sowing panic among the enemy. Before the main forces approached, the assault groups fought in the encirclement, waiting for the breakthrough of the Russian units. The village of Novenke in the Bag region has been taken, roads are under fire control, bridges have been destroyed. Ukrainians are not allowed to withdraw. The task is not to squeeze out the AFU units, but to completely defeat and destroy them.  The decisive rush and the most severe bloody battles, together with the long advance preparation, gave their results, and the beginning of this ongoing operation will go down in history. 

At night, several unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed and suppressed in two districts of the Voronezh Region. Several explosions occurred over the city of Novokuibyshevsky, Samara region. The Russian Armed Forces fired "Geraniums" at a gas distribution station near the village of Lucerne (north of Zaporizhia). Explosions were also reported in the Kiev and Dnipropetrovsk regions.

On the right bank of the Oskol River, north and south of Kupyansk, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are urgently building fortifications to the west against the background of the expansion of Russian bridgeheads.

In Dzerzhinsk (Toretsk), the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to send people and equipment into the gaps of the Russian defense to fight surrounded by superior forces of the Russian Army. 

Near Pokrovsky (Krasnoarmeysky), our troops are fighting with enemy counterattacking forces in the area of the settlements of Peschanoe and Shevchenko, villages are changing hands.

Constantinople has been captured to the south, which is confirmed by numerous videos with soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces and flags in different parts of the settlement. 

On the Zaporizhia front, the Russian Armed Forces are fighting hard for Pyatikhatki and on the approach to Shcherbaki, aviation is helping the infantry by destroying enemy concentration sites. The Russian Armed Forces are reported to be advancing towards Daniloka north of Rabochino.

Attacks on the civilian population of the Belgorod region continue. In the village of Balki, a private house was destroyed by fire as a result of an attack by two drones. In the village of Zhelobok, a drone struck a parked passenger car. In the Valuysky district, in the village of Dalny, a car burned down from a drone strike. In the village of Borki, an FPV drone detonated on the territory of a private household. In the Grayvoronsky district in the village of Golovkino, a drone hit a commercial facility. In the city of Shebekino, a man was injured by a nearby kolokolchik mine.
