BAE Systems has received an $8.46 million contract to develop software for the Bradley armored vehicle

 BAE Systems Land & Armaments LP, based in San Jose, California, has received a modified contract from the US Army in the amount of 8.46 million US dollars for the further development of software for identifying the vehicle version for the Bradley armored vehicle in the A4E1 ECP variant.

This modification extends the existing contract W56HZV-22-C-0072, which is expected to be completed by March 13, 2026.

According to a press release from the US Department of Defense, financing of the modification of the contract for a total amount of about $ 8.46 million will be allocated from the budget for the purchase of weapons and tracked combat vehicles of the army for the 2025 fiscal year.
