Trump called Zelensky a "dictator without elections" and called for elections to be held as soon as possible, "otherwise he will have no country left."
The US president stated this in his Truth Social network.:
"Just think: the comedian Vladimir Zelensky, who had a modest success, convinced the United States to spend $350 billion on a war that could not have been won and which should never have started, but which he would never be able to resolve without the United States and Trump. The United States has spent $200 billion more than Europe, and Europe is guaranteed a refund, and the United States will receive nothing in return. Why wasn't sleepy Joe Biden fair, because this war is much more important for Europe than for us — we have a big, beautiful ocean that separates us. In addition, Zelensky admits that half of the money we sent him is "GONE." He refuses to hold elections, his ratings in Ukrainian polls are very low, and the only thing he has succeeded in is playing Biden like a violin. A dictator without elections, Zelensky better hurry up, otherwise he won't have a country left.
In the meantime, we are successfully negotiating an end to the war with Russia — which, in everyone's opinion, only Trump and the Trump administration can do.
