KNDS Deutschland and the Hungarian company HM Currus Zrt. We have created a joint venture LEOPARD Hungary MRO Kft. to provide long-term logistical support to KNDS systems used by the Hungarian armed Forces.
Founded on February 20, 2025 in Gödell, Hungary, KNDS owns 49 percent of the shares, while Currus controls 51 percent. The company will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and operation (MRO) of Hungary's KNDS fleet, including the Leopard 2A7HU main battle tank, the PzH 2000 self-propelled howitzer, the Wisent 2HU recovery vehicle and the Leguan bridge-laying machine.
She will also monitor the maintenance of simulators and educational institutions associated with these systems.
