BMC Has Signed a Contract for the Supply of 29 ALTUĞ 8×8 Armored Vehicles with a 35 mm Turret for the Turkish Army

 On February 24, 2025, Turkish military equipment manufacturer BMC signed a contract with the Defense Industry Directorate (SSB) for the supply of 29 ALTUĞ 8x8 wheeled combat vehicles to the Turkish Army Command.             

      The agreement is part of a project to create a new generation of vehicles with a 35mm turret and includes Integrated logistics Support (ILS) services for the fleet. The ALTUĞ 8x8 is a next-generation armored combat vehicle designed to provide increased mobility, firepower and protection in modern combat conditions. It is equipped with a 35mm turret offering improved firepower against aerial and ground threats.
