The Polish Ministry of National Defense has signed an agreement to purchase more than 200 advanced AGM-88G extended-range anti-radar guided missiles (AARGM-ER) from the United States, becoming the first ally in the region to receive advanced capabilities to destroy enemy radar emitters associated with air defense systems.The contract for the purchase of missiles manufactured by Northrop Grumman was concluded at a time when Poland is awaiting delivery of the first batch of 32 F-35 fighter jets ordered by it next year.
