In China, scientists have created the world's first unmanned aerial vehicle that can both float underwater and fly

China has created a UAV floating underwater.

With its unique folding wing design, the drone can move between air and water multiple times in a single flight. It is launched from a submarine, after which it is able to repeatedly move between water and airspace. So, the drone combines efficient underwater navigation and high maneuverability in the air. The device has four pairs of rotating blades that can be folded, allowing them to fit snugly against the fuselage, thereby significantly reducing drag underwater. Underwater propellers located in the tail of the device, in turn, provide movement.

The drone can be used for naval reconnaissance and strikes.
