In response to the Stargate AI project from the United States, China has allocated a TRILLION yuan to the development of artificial intelligence.
A trillion yuan is about $140 billion.
The project was named the "Action Plan".
That's not all: Chinese neural networks have begun to shift ChatGPT from its leadership position: DeepSeek's AI has become at the top of the download charts — it's the same chatbot, only it makes everything much faster and cheaper;
Alibaba is also rolling into AI with the powerful Qwen2.5-1M, which is capable of working with a context of up to a million tokens.
• For comparison, only 128,000 tokens are available in the ChatGPT Pro subscription for $200.
• The processing speed is 7 times faster.
The neural network allows you to process huge amounts of information — from complex code and large documents to books and databases with almost no restrictions.
• The model is open source, which allows you to freely use it in your own projects.
• In addition, it supports image and video generation.
• The most important thing: It's free
