In 1963, I was transferred to the NATO headquarters. There I worked in the operations department and learned about the secret research

that began in 1961. It was aimed at finding out whether

the aircraft that often flew in central Europe in the early 1960s and even

in the late 1950s posed a threat to the armed forces of Europe's allies. We found out that the Soviets thought these devices belonged to us.,

And we thought they belonged to the council. Because of this, we and the Soviets almost started a war several times.

This research was the highest level of secrecy at the NATO headquarters. I think it still has the same level. This is the highest degree of secrecy.

The study was initiated by Air Marshal Thomas Pike. It lasted three years. The results were stunning.

Senior military members at NATO headquarters were amazed by the findings of the study, which was called the assessment.

The conclusions were that the planet has been under close surveillance by extraterrestrial civilizations for many years.

The study showed that this observation has been going on for several centuries, and maybe even longer. It said that very intelligent and technologically advanced civilizations were involved.

The technology they demonstrated was thousands of years ahead of anything we could have imagined.

The technology was so interesting and advanced that it seemed almost magical.

As a result, they came to the conclusion that there was no hostile or malicious threat, because if there had been, we would not have been able to do anything.

In 1964, when they completed the study, they published 15 copies. They've given him a top-secret status with an additional eye-only and need-to-know label.

One copy was given to the Secretary General of NATO, one to General Liman Lemnitzer, who was the Supreme Commander.

And the rest were transferred to the majority of high-ranking military representatives of the NATO Alliance in time.

I think the German government knows perfectly well what is going on. I think they are aware of this assessment.

And I know that the German Defense Ministry has an agency at a very high level that is engaged in UFO research.

Every major allied organization and allied country in Europe has an office, and the agency has a high-ranking representative who is engaged in UFO research.

The findings of the study were so startling that it was decided not to disclose this information.

Because it could greatly affect the population of Europe and the United States, and indeed the entire world, because we were being watched by highly advanced extraterrestrial civilizations with advanced technologies.

One of the main conclusions was that one of these civilizations looked exactly like us.

This worried the military headquarters, because it became obvious that these aliens could wear a suit, tie, or sports jacket.

Everything is right next to you in a restaurant, on a bus, or walking through the corridors of the headquarters and you won't even know about it.

This worried the generals a lot. It seems to me that we have had a close relationship with them for several thousand years.

I came to the conclusion, as from Zachariah Sitchin, that the human race was probably settled here by highly advanced civilizations from other places.

I think those who settled us here and those who were directly involved in our genetic manipulation and development are interested in us.

I think they care about us. I think they're connected to us.

And I think that's why they're so involved in our lives. One of the conclusions of the study was that there is a certain program or process.

It seemed like it was some kind of planned and organized procedure.

Your research has provided evidence that this phenomenon has been going on for a very, very long time and that there is some kind of reasonable plan in this.

They were never able to figure out what it was, but it worried the senior generals a lot, because even then they didn't know what the motives of these alien creatures were.

I have been studying this phenomenon for more than 30 years and I am convinced that we are approaching the moment when we will have to not only educate people on the planet.

But the aliens, I think, will soon declare themselves.

Well, there is a danger that people will panic if they are not informed. Don't give them an idea of what's going on.

And that's one of the reasons why I decided to speak out about it.
