The naval forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran have unveiled a new underground base, which houses cruise missiles designed to destroy destroyers in strategic southern waters.IRGC Commander-in-Chief Major General Hossein Salami visited the "rocket city" on the southern coast of Iran on Saturday.
During the visit, Salami checked the combat readiness of the IRGC Navy missile units at the new facility. Upgraded missiles stationed at an underground base, They are also equipped with electronic warfare countermeasures and can be put on alert as soon as possible. This is the third underground missile base discovered by the IRGC in less than a month.
