The reports indicate that the Telegram channel claimed to have accomplices in
South Korean military circles and the Defense Development Agency (ADD).

and the KUH-1 Surion helicopter, both of which were manufactured by
Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI).
According to military officials, on Monday, a joint investigative team is examining
the Telegram channel, which has been uploading messages since August
that it "sells classified militaryinformation."
It is reported that in February, the channel's operator posted a message that he had "employees in
military circles and the Defense Development Agency, " saying that they were selling docu-
ments related to the first multi-purpose Surion helicopter developed in Korea, and uploaded pho-
tos, presumably of some parts of the helicopter.
It was also reported that the operator announced the availability of "protected technological doc-
uments for KF-21", which they will sell "after completing their own cross-checking process. "
The operator also stated that he has documents related to the joint Freedom Shield mili-
tary exercises between South Korea and the United States.
