On the morning of April 7, 2025, intelligence communities reported a significant increase in US military activity, indicating the movement of air defense systems and other equipment towards the Middle East.
According to their message, the C-17A Globemaster III and C-5M Super Galaxy aircraft of the US Air Force took off from the airbase. They settled in South Korea, crossed Europe on their way to the area of responsibility of the US Central Command [CENTCOM]. The C5M arrived at Ramstein Air Base in Germany from the United States, probably preparing to continue its journey to the same region.
The report notes that since March 25, more than 120 US military logistics flights, including C-17, C-5, C-130, KC-135 and KC-46, have landed in the Middle East. This surge in airlift operations has raised curiosity and concern among observers, leading them to wonder what is driving these efforts and what they mean for America's global position.
