Observant was founded in 2023 and has developed its defense procurement platform as a means to help the Department of Defense and the Defense Industry better understand how the Pentagon spends money and what priorities stakeholders in Congress and the Department set.
On Tuesday, Observant announced the allocation of $7 million in seed funding, which will be aimed at expanding the capabilities of the AI-based platform and making it accessible to more users.
