| Block-I Laser-Based Anti-Aircraft Weapon |
This is the first time that the South Korean army has introduced a new weapon that can change the face of war as we know it. Known as the Block-I Laser-Based Anti-Aircraft Weapon, this weapon system could have come from a Star Wars movie and is designed to eliminate all aerial threats at a cost of just $1.50 per shot. Although it currently cannot destroy entire countries, its scale and increased capabilities suggest that laser weapons may take a leading position in future defense paradigms.
