Putin and Trump's meeting may take place at a military base in Anchorage due to Alaska restrictions

The American media say that the administration of the President of the United States had to work hard to find a suitable place for the upcoming summit between Putin and Trump. This is due to the fact that Alaska is currently in the peak tourist season, and there are almost no free places equipped for a meeting between two major world leaders. Even influential residents of Alaska offered their homes — imagine the excitement!

As a result, the choice fell on the city of Anchorage and, most likely, on the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, which is located on the northern outskirts of the city. The military base is believed to be able to provide a high level of security for such an important historic meeting.

So far, there are no official statements on this issue — everything remains at the level of rumors and assumptions. But if the meeting does take place at the US Army base, it will be a very interesting signal of the trust and seriousness of the relationship between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump.

Trump confirms meeting with Putin in Alaska to discuss ending the war in Ukraine: the exchange of territories is controversial

US President Donald Trump has announced that on August 15, 2025, he will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska to discuss ways to end the war in Ukraine. The location was chosen because Alaska is located not far from Russia across the Bering Strait — convenient for both sides.

Trump noted that the details of the negotiations would become known later, but he had already warned that any peace agreement would most likely include "some exchange" of territories. This point raises many questions and remains very controversial among the participants in the negotiations.

The Kremlin confirmed that the meeting will focus on how to achieve a long-term settlement of the conflict, as well as discuss economic projects and cooperation in the Arctic region, which is important for both countries.

Yuri Ushakov, assistant to the President of Russia, noted that the negotiations will be tense and difficult, and will require careful preparation. According to him, the next summit is likely to be held in Russia.

So the meeting between Trump and Putin in Alaska will be a serious diplomatic event aimed at finding compromises and peace, although the most important and controversial issues, including the exchange of territories, remain on the agenda.

Tsunami on the way: magnitude 8.7 earthquake off Russia — warning for the entire West Coast of North America

A serious earthquake of magnitude 8.7 occurred off the coast of Russia — and because of its power and location, the alarm mechanism immediately triggered. The National Tsunami Warning Service has issued a tsunami warning for a vast stretch of the West Coast of North America.

The following are under threat:

- Washington State coast, including a busy region Puget Sound

- Oregon

- California

- British Columbia (Canada)

- Alaska (USA)

This is not just a notification, it is a serious signal for action. Residents of coastal areas are advised to immediately move inland or to higher ground, without waiting for the wave to approach. Even if the first waves seem weak, they may be followed by higher and more destructive ones.

The magnitude 8.7 earthquake is one of the strongest in the world. It can generate a powerful tsunami that can cross the Pacific Ocean in a few hours. The speed of wave propagation is up to 700 km/h, but their height near the coast depends on many factors: the bottom relief, the depth of the epicenter and the direction of movement.

Emergency response services have already been put on high alert. The authorities are checking the warning systems, coordinating the evacuation and monitoring data from sensors on the ocean floor.

Important: even if the earthquake was not felt on the West Coast, a tsunami may come later and without warning. Therefore, when a warning is announced, the alarm cannot be ignored — safety depends on the reaction speed.

Successful missile tracking radar tests after years of delay

After long delays related to the development and implementation, the Long Range Discrimination Radar (LRDR) has successfully passed key tests to detect and track a real target — an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM).

The tests took place on June 23 at the Clear Space Force Station in Alaska. During them, the LRDR radar "successfully received, tracked and transmitted target data to the Combat Control and Communications Command and Control Service (C2BMC)," the US Missile Defense Agency (MDA) said in an official statement.

This event was an important milestone.:

This was the radar's first flight test flight, in which it demonstrated the ability to track a live, representative target simulating an ICBM.

The LRDR radar is designed to enhance the effectiveness of the US missile defense system, especially at long-range approaches to the country's territory. Its main functions are:

- Detection and tracking of ballistic missiles in the early stages of flight

- Accurate classification of targets among false objects (warheads, debris, traps)

- Integration with the C2BMC management system, which ensures coordination between various elements of missile defense

Located in Alaska, this radar plays a key role in ensuring security from the northwest direction - where a potential threat may come from states such as North Korea or, in certain scenarios, the DPRK and others.

The LRDR project started back in 2015 and has repeatedly faced technical difficulties, budget overruns and delays. The developer is Lockheed Martin, which uses a modern active phased array (AESA) in the radar, which allows it to simultaneously track multiple targets over long distances.

CIA files: information about three alien bases, two of which are on Earth

The documents of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), declassified in recent decades, contain information that continues to cause controversy and interest among researchers of the unexplained. One of the most intriguing topics was the project on "remote surveillance", conducted in the 70s and 80s of the XX century. The participants in the experiments claimed to have discovered three alien bases, two of which are supposedly located on Earth.

What is "remote surveillance"?

"Remote surveillance" is a method used by the CIA to explore the possibilities of the human mind to transcend physical limitations. Participants were asked to focus on certain coordinates or tasks and describe what they "see." Although the technique itself has often been criticized as pseudoscientific, its results remain the subject of debate.

As part of this project, the participants in the experiments reported the existence of several alien bases. Two of them, according to their descriptions, are located on Earth, and the third is on Titan, a moon of Saturn.

Bases on the Ground

1. Alaska: The first base described by the participants is located in remote areas of Alaska. According to the subjects, this base was hidden in a mountainous area and was manned by people who looked like earthlings. Perhaps these people were adapted to live in the harsh conditions of the north.

2. South America and Africa: The second base is described as located in one of the regions of South America or Africa. Participants mentioned exotic landscapes such as dense jungles or desert areas. Various types of creatures have also been observed here, including humanoids and creatures with a distinctly inhuman appearance.

Base on Titan

The third base, according to the descriptions, is located on Titan, Saturn's largest moon. Participants in the experiments reported massive structures covered with a layer of ice or other material that protects them from harsh environmental conditions. This base was allegedly attended by highly intelligent beings whose technology is significantly superior to Earth's.

Description of alien creatures

The CIA files mention various types of creatures associated with these bases. Some of them are described as humanoid, similar to humans, but with unique features such as unusual skin or eyes. Other creatures had completely inhuman appearances, such as segmented bodies or shapeshifting abilities.

Interestingly, some bases were allegedly serviced by people who looked indistinguishable from Earthlings. This gives rise to theories that these people could either be descendants of ancient contacts with extraterrestrials, or specially adapted to work at such facilities.

Reality or fiction?

Many experts are skeptical about this data, considering it a figment of the imagination of the participants in the experiments or an attempt to create misinformation. However, proponents of theories about extraterrestrial life point to details that seem too specific for casual descriptions.

Regardless of whether the information is reliable, it continues to arouse the interest of a wide audience. The CIA files have become a source of inspiration for researchers, writers, and enthusiasts studying the phenomenon of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and potential contacts with an alien civilization.

The information about the alien bases contained in the CIA files remains one of the most mysterious topics of our time. Regardless of the degree of their reliability, they emphasize humanity's interest in issues related to extraterrestrial life. Perhaps future scientific discoveries will shed light on these mysteries.

F-35A and Su-35 interaction off the coast of Alaska

An F-35A of the US Air Force and a Tu-95MS bomber and two Su-35 fighters of the Russian Air Force are in the air

On April 4, 2025, footage was released showing the close interaction of an F-35A fighter jet of the US Air Force and a Su-35 of the Russian Air Force off the coast of Alaska. During the incident, the F-35A was approaching the Russian aircraft and successfully positioned itself ahead and to its right.

Details of the incident

Russian Su-35 fighters escorted Tu-95MS strategic bombers near the coast of the American state. Such patrols are a common practice for the Russian Air Force. However, this was the first known case of a USAF F-35A colliding with a Su-35 in such proximity.

The significance of the incident

This event highlights the increasing tension in the airspace off the coast of Alaska. The Su-35 has been involved in close encounters with American warplanes in the past, but the encounter with the F-35A is a new milestone. The F-35A is one of the most advanced fighter jets in the world, equipped with advanced stealth and electronic warfare systems. The Su-35, in turn, is one of the best Russian fighters, with high maneuverability and powerful weapons.

Impact on international relations

Such incidents could exacerbate tensions between the United States and Russia and require a careful approach from both sides to avoid unintended escalation. At the same time, they also emphasize the importance of dialogue and measures to prevent incidents in the air.

The US is strengthening its presence in the Arctic: NORAD is sending F-16s to Greenland, and Rubio confirms Trump's interest in buying the island

NORAD has sent two F-16s from Alaska to Greenland to strengthen its position in the Arctic. Meanwhile, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that President Donald Trump's interest in buying Greenland is "not a joke."In recent weeks, Donald Trump has expressed interest in Greenland becoming part of the United States, describing the Danish territory and the world's largest island as an "absolute necessity" for American security. He also did not rule out the use of force to convince Denmark to hand her over.

American Navy Pilot Survives F-35 Fighter Jet Crash at Alaska Base

The moment of the plane crash

On Tuesday, a single-seat F-35 fighter jet crashed at the Elson Air Force Base in Alaska. According to reports, the pilot survived and is safe. The incident has aroused considerable interest and concern, as the F-35 is one of the most modern and expensive fighter jets in the U.S. Air Force arsenal.

According to Senior Sergeant Kimberly Touchet, the crash occurred on the runway of the Elson base. At the moment, it is unknown whether the crash occurred during takeoff or landing of the fighter. The investigation into the causes of the incident is ongoing, and the military authorities have not yet provided additional details.

The main positive news is that the pilot of the F-35 fighter jet has survived and is safe. This indicates the high level of training of the USAF pilots and the effectiveness of the safety systems installed on modern fighter jets.

The F-35 fighter jet is a key element in the arsenal of the US Air Force. This fifth-generation multirole fighter has advanced stealth technology, making it virtually invisible to enemy radars. The F-35 is also equipped with powerful sensors and weapons systems, allowing it to perform a wide range of combat missions, including aerial combat, strikes against ground targets, and reconnaissance.

The incident with the crash of the F-35 at the Elson base raises serious questions about the causes of the incident and the possible consequences for the F-35 program. Military authorities have already launched an investigation to determine what exactly led to the crash. The results of the investigation may have important implications for the future use and modernization of the F-35 fighter jets.

The crash of an F-35 fighter jet at the Elson Base in Alaska is a serious incident that requires a thorough investigation. Despite the fact that the pilot survived, this event highlights the importance of continuous improvement of technologies and safety systems in aviation. The U.S. Air Force is likely to take additional measures to prevent similar incidents in the future and ensure the safety of its pilots and equipment.
