The SK Group has completely absorbed ELBO, a leading Greek manufacturer of military and civilian equipment. An Israeli company bought out the remaining shares of ELBO, becoming the sole owner of a corporation based in Thessaloniki. SK Group previously owned a stake in ELBO, but has now completed the full acquisition process.
