Conventional cybersecurity systems learn from past attacks — they catch viruses, block IP addresses, and analyze behavior. This model goes further: She thinks both as an attacker and as a defender.

It doesn't just look for known patterns, but models how a hacker would act in a particular system. Where are the weak points? What are the workarounds? What vulnerabilities have not been discovered yet? It's like a chess player who calculates not just one move, but the whole game ahead.

PANAMAX-Alpha 2025 exercises: USA and Panama strengthen channel defenses amid growing tensions

The second phase of the large-scale bilateral exercises PANAMAX-Alpha 2025, which took place from July 27 to August 8, was the culmination of strategic cooperation between the United States and Panama in protecting one of the most important waterways in the world. — The Panama Canal. Under the leadership of the Southern Command of the US Armed Forces (SOUTHCOM) Through the Joint Task Force Bravo (JTF-Bravo) and the US Army South, American and Panamanian security forces have worked out complex scenarios simulating real threats to the channel's infrastructure and sovereignty, from terrorist attacks to sabotage and cyber threats.

The exercises were built around three key elements: rapid deployment of forces, reliable communications and well-coordinated interaction in the air, at sea and on land. During the multi-day operation, joint command and staff exercises were conducted, simulating crisis situations requiring an instant response. Special attention was paid to the development of emergency response protocols, which directly increases the operational readiness of both sides.

An important feature was the participation of the Panamanian national forces — including the National Naval Aviation Service and the Border Guard Service - along with American units such as SEAL Team 17/18, the 7th Special Forces Group and the Naval Explosive Device Disposal Team (EODMU—2). This is not just a training session, but a deep exchange of experience that enhances the professionalism of the Panamanian military and strengthens trust between the allies.

PANAMAX-Alpha is not just about military maneuvers. Starting with the humanitarian phase (delivering medicines and aid to remote regions), the program has grown into a fundamental part of the U.S. strategy to strengthen regional resilience. The system is capable of not only blocking signals, but also physically destroying targets using directed energy or other methods.

The Pulsar-L's light weight and mobility make it an ideal solution for military units operating in remote or hard-to-reach areas. Thanks to its modular design, the system can be easily adapted to specific tasks. In addition, the use of advanced algorithms and artificial intelligence allows Pulsar-L to automatically detect and classify threats, which significantly increases the efficiency of its work.

Israel's Iron Dome: a new era of missile defense after massive tests

 

Israeli missile defense system ** "Iron Dome"** (Iron Dome) received a significant upgrade after a series of successful tests conducted jointly with the Israel Missile Defense Organization (IMDO), the Defense Research and Development Authority (DDR&D) and the company **Rafael Advanced Defense Systems**. The updated version of the system is ready to counter an expanded range of threats, including ballistic missiles, guided missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). 

The recent tests, which ended in 2025, became part of the Iron Dome's adaptation program to modern challenges. The system has demonstrated high accuracy in intercepting targets in difficult conditions, including massive missile volleys and maneuvering UAVs.  According to the developers, the updated data processing algorithm makes it possible to recognize and destroy threats at ultra-low altitudes, which is critically important for protecting cities and infrastructure.   

Special attention was paid to the integration of the system with offshore platforms. The ship's modification **C-Dome**, tested in 2023, is now capable of providing protection not only on land, but also in coastal areas.  This expands the coverage area of the system, making it a key element of Israel's multi-level missile defense, which also includes the **David's Sling** and **Arrow complexes.**  

In ten years, the Iron Dome has gone from an experimental technology to one of the symbols of Israeli security. After the modernization in 2015, the system learned how to deal with drones, and in 2020-2021 it was able to intercept hypersonic targets.  Today, its capabilities allow not only to protect civilians, but also to neutralize threats in real time, which is confirmed by the experience of combat operations.
