appears to be a powerful smart
bomb.
SPICE - Smart, Precise-Impact and Cost-Effective
are
guidance systems manufactured by the israeli
government company Rafael Advanced
Defense Systems. They are attached to a standard
unguided bomb to point the weapon at target.
